This week we will explore the freshest food that we harvest ourselves as we learn how to think like chefs--exploring various food concepts such as eating the rainbow, exploring tastes, and trying new textures. The 9-12 year olds will work with a professional chef and learn how to bring these concepts together and will learn how to balance flavors, work with various ingredients, and enhance presentation. Campers will go home with a hand-made cookbook, an open mind to fresh food, and loads of kitchen skills. On Friday, families will be invited to join us as we share the food that we made together!
